Desserts ETC

Owner and brilliant pastry chef Eric T. Cardwell made his first Cheesecake in 1996 when he was asked the age old question, (What would he bring to the Thanksgiving Dinner?)  Eric’s Cheesecake was the talk of the family.  

 

Over 10 years later, Eric was still making cheesecakes for the family’s holiday dinners, but he made his first Peanut Butter Cheesecake in 2009, which began a buzz amongst family, friends and colleagues.

 

The buzz of ETC’s signature PB Cheesecake spread rapidly in various parts of New York and in Connecticut.  From the signature PB Cheesecake, came the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake and the mouth-watering plump Apple Pies.

 

Desserts ETC… officially began in December 2014 after Eric’s longing to pursue his passion in creating desserts with a creative tasty twist.  Desserts ETC’s…mission is to create desserts that feeds the mind, body and soul and will continue to develop desserts and eventually small comfort soup treats.
